SALES POLICY

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by credit or debit card, through PayPal and Stripe payment platforms, who will be solely responsible for the data provided by the buyer, since at no time will they become knowledge of Dalua Reluce numbers of the cards used for the purchase. Any problem related to the payment or misuse of this type of data, PayPal and Stripe will be solely responsible.

In cases where this is expressly indicated, the buyer may pay by bank transfer, for which Dalua Reluce will indicate the bank details. At no time will be responsible for any error in the transfer or problems that the buyer or participant has with the bank.

PRODUCTS ON SALE

The products that are on sale can be seen on the website. The buyer must always acquire them at his own risk. Dalua Reluce has detailed all the information of the products that are exposed to the sale, as well as the instructions and necessary care for their conservation, which must be taken into account to guarantee their duration in time. These instructions will be included within the packages or in the email confirming the purchase.

Dalua Reluce will not be responsible for any damage caused in any of the articles as a result of its misuse or conservation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The product that is subject to change or return must be unused, unwashed and with the hanging tag still attached. We will not accept articles that do not meet these criteria.

The customer must notify their decision of return or change in the following forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt of the product and the returned items must have the postal stamp within seven (07) days after receipt of the order by the customer

To carry out the process, the client must send an email to hola@daluareluce.com indicating the order number and the reason for which he wishes to return or exchange it. Dalua Reluce will respond to confirm your request and will provide instructions to complete the process within a maximum period of three (03) business days. In those cases in which the object of the process is the return of the product, the client may choose to change the garment for a different one or obtain a coupon for the purchase of another product in the future.

Changes can only be made for a product of equal or higher price. If the reason for the return is not attributable to Dalua Reluce the customer who must bear the cost of return.

SHIPMENTS

Shipments will be made through, to continental Spain, the islands, the rest of Europe and anywhere in the world. To know the cost, if it does not appear on the page, you should consult it with hola@daluareluce.com

DISCOUNTS

If there is an applicable discount, it will be applied before making the purchase. After the payment is processed, the discount amount will not be refunded.

TAXES AND BILLING

All taxes and charges related to the purchase will be indicated before making the payment. Along with the invoice, taxes that are applicable will be included in detail.
